Our Guidelines

Regular Cleaning and Maintenance: Establish a routine cleaning schedule for public restrooms, parks, streets, and other facilities frequented by tourists. Regular cleaning and maintenance help prevent the accumulation of litter, debris, and graffiti.

Adequate Waste Management: Ensure there are sufficient trash bins and recycling containers placed strategically throughout the area. Empty these bins regularly to prevent overflow and littering.

3Public Restrooms: Maintain clean and well-equipped public restrooms. Ensure they are stocked with soap, toilet paper, and hand sanitizers. Regularly inspect and clean these facilities to maintain hygiene standards.

Graffiti Removal: Develop a graffiti removal program to promptly address graffiti and vandalism issues. Quick removal discourages further defacement and helps maintain the area's appearance.

Pest Control: Implement pest control measures to prevent infestations of insects and rodents in public areas. Regular pest inspections and appropriate treatments are necessary.

Public Awareness: Educate both residents and tourists about the importance of responsible waste disposal and cleanliness. Use signage and public awareness campaigns to promote these practices.

Recycling Initiatives: Encourage recycling by providing separate bins for recyclables, such as bottles, cans, and paper. Promote recycling efforts through educational materials and signage.

Street Sweeping: Regularly sweep streets and sidewalks to remove litter and debris. Use street sweepers or employ manual cleaning crews as needed.

Hazardous Waste Disposal: Provide designated disposal areas for hazardous waste materials like batteries, chemicals, and electronics. Ensure these materials are properly disposed of and recycled.

Green Landscaping:- Incorporate sustainable and low-maintenance landscaping in public areas. Choose native plants that require less water and maintenance.

Volunteer Cleanup Programs:- Organize community cleanup events and volunteer programs involving residents, local businesses, and tourists. This fosters a sense of responsibility and community pride.

Monitoring and Feedback:- Establish a system for monitoring the cleanliness and sanitation of public areas. Encourage tourists to provide feedback on the cleanliness of the destination.

Sustainable Waste Management:- Implement sustainable waste management practices, such as composting organic waste, to reduce the environmental impact of waste disposal.

Infrastructure Maintenance:- Regularly inspect and maintain public infrastructure, including benches, streetlights, and public seating, to ensure they remain in good condition.

Accessibility:- Ensure that public facilities, including restrooms and waste bins, are accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Collaboration with Local Businesses:- Work with local businesses to promote responsible waste disposal and cleanliness. Encourage them to participate in cleanliness initiatives.

Public-Private Partnerships:- Collaborate with private sector organizations for sponsorship or support of cleanliness initiatives. They may provide resources, funding, or volunteers.

Continuous Improvement:- Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of your cleanliness and sanitation efforts. Be open to feedback and make improvements as needed.
